It was a lovely location just off the centre of town, and the nature that makes Ella so special. We were given an a double room, it was cozy and big size😃

The room had a seating area, ironing facilities, and a work desk. the hotel staff was amazingly nice. - the location was marvellous and gorgeous, with Kinellan Tea Factory at a moderate distance.

A fantastic way to end my trip. Stunningly beautiful hotel, excellent place for exploring Ella. What an incredibly nice staff! Great value for money and fairly quiet room with particularly good views of the mountains. Lovely meals. Comfortable beds, great location down the hill. Not far from the mountains, Ella's landmarks in heated surroundings, and nature.

The room here was a great deal, and you could see the mountains from it, which was pretty awesome! 😊 Plus, the food they served was absolutely amazing!
